Speaker of the national assembly, Nelly Mutti this morning ordered opposition PF Kabushi MP Bowman Lusambo to leave parliament.
He was told to go out of Parliament in order to work on his anger issues.
This was after Mr. Lusambo walked out on the Speaker.
Mr. Lusambo was on the floor of the house asking a question, during the Vice President’s question and answer session, when he was asked to sit down and wait for guidance from the Speaker
But Mr. Lusambo disregarded the Speaker’s guidance and continued responding to running commentaries from other lawmakers.
Monze MP Jack Mwiimbu then raised a point of order asking the speaker if Mr. Lusambo was in order to disrespect the speaker’s orders.
The speaker then ruled and instructed that Mr. Lusambo leaves the floor of the house.
