Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Hon. Stanley Kakubo is in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to attend the 39th Ordinary Session of the Executive Council of the African Union being held from 14th-15th October 2021.
He was received at Bole International Airport by out-going Zambia’s Ambassador to Ethiopia and Permanent Representative to the African Union, His Excellency Emmanuel Mwamba.
And Hon. Kakubo took time to confer with his counterpart, Prof. Robert Dussey, Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Republic of Togo.
