Kansanshi Dynamos Football Club (KDFC) has signed a USD 100,000 kit sponsorship deal with Bolabet Zambia.
The three year deal will see the KDFC kit being labeled ‘Bolabet’ on it’s front part of their shirt.
Speaking during the signing ceremony, Bolabet Zambia general manager Justin Palmer said his company decided to partner with KDFC because of their professionalism, support base as well as the club organization.
“From what we are seeing today, Kansanshi Dynamos FC is far way ahead of other clubs in Zambia,and we are very proud to announce that we are entering into a three year sponsorship deal with them,” said Mr Palmer.
He disclosed that the deal will begin with the branding of the jersey, the stadium and surrounding areas.
“And we are hoping that as time goes by, we can extend this gesture to the community,” he said.
And KDFC president Aston Ntenge said the coming of the deal is a relief to club as it depended on on Kansanshi mine for sponsorship.
“And we will use this opportunity to ensure that we develop our structures and strategies,” he said.
He said the team is very ambitious and that it has set its goals high.
“And this time around, our target is to play in the CAF ” he said.
