THERE is no doubt that all eyes will be at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium today here league leaders Green Buffaloes face the ultimate test against defending Champions and second placed Zesco United.

Buffaloes have been in matchless form at the moment and are the only unbeaten side in the league this season. Today, it remains to be seen if they will extend their unbeaten run.

Coach Justin Chinama anticipates a tough match.

“It will not be an easy game because we are facing the defending champions. They have something to defend so it will not an easy game by any means,” Chinama said in an interview.

Buffaloes have 19 points, seven better than second placed Zesco who are looking to reduce the gap to four points.

Kansanshi v Nkana

In Solwezi, former champions Nkana have a date against Kansanshi Dynamos in a match that will mark a return for coach Beston Chambeshi.

Chambeshi will be facing his former employers whom he helped win promotion back to the top flight.

“Well, we will face them like an opponent,” Chambeshi said when asked about his return to Independence Stadium in Nkana colours.

Nkana Nkana have ten points and are aiming to remain within distance of the title chasing pack while Kansanshi are looking to avoid the chop making this tie all to play for.

Kansanshi trainer Tenant Chilumba is hoping his side will recover from their 4-0 loss suffered to Zesco United in mid – week.

Indeni v Blades

After the 5-0 humiliation from Green Buffaloes, Indeni are looking for a response in a home match against Konkola Blades.

Interim coach Frank Miti is auditioning for a job as full time Indeni trainer but his first game did not go as planned hence the need to pick a result today.

Miti is standing in the gap that was left by Mwenya Chipepo who has joined boyhood team Power Dynamos.

Chambishi v Eagles

Eagles have not been convincing in the season so far leading pressure mounting on coach Aggrey Chiyangi.

Today, they come into the match at the back of a 2-1 loss at home to Kabwe Warriors.

Facing a promoted side in Chambishi, the expectation of Eagles fans is that the ZNS side picks maximum points.

In Kabwe, there is a derby between Kabwe Warriors and Prison Leopards while Power Dynamos are in action tomorrow against Nkwazi.
