MIDWEEK Super Division matches served up interesting results on Wednesday with Power Dynamos managing to pick just what is their second win of the season.

Seven league matches were on display in the top flight with Zanaco continuing their struggles while leaders Green Buffaloes maintaining their unbeaten run.

We start at Arthur Davies Stadium in Kitwe where there was a doubleheader that involved Forest Rangers against Indeni and Power taking on Kabwe Warriors.

Forest 2 – 1 Indeni

Forest have not won a match since their last win over Power back in September but managed to break the duck against town rivals Indeni.

Indeni started the game as the better of the two with Caphas Handavu putting them ahead in the 43rd minute to silence Forest fans.

However, Forest regrouped in the second half and left it the last three minutes of the match to manage a comeback and eventually win the game.

Thomas Chideu and Eric Chomba were on hand to provide the goals for Forest as they managed to collect a win.

Power 2 – 0 Warriors

After playing to a scoreless first half, Power managed a successful hunt in the second half with Godfrey Ngwenya and Frederick Mulambia with the goals.

Buildcon 2 – 0 Chambishi

Goals from Timothy Sakala and Brian Mwila were enough to seek Buildcon beat Chambishi and keep third place on the log with 17 points.

In other matches, Zanaco lost 2 – 0 to Nkwazi thanks to a Christopher Zulu brace while Red Arrows beat Lusaka Dynamos 1 – 0 courtesy of a James Chamanga goal.

In Choma, Joseph Kanema left it late to help Green Eagles to a 1 – 0 win over Kansanshi Dynamos.
