The struggle continues for Power Dynamos after they recorded their four straight loss of the season on Saturday following a 2 – 1 home defeat to Forest Rangers.
Power were aiming to pick their first win of the season but it did not happen as the Ndeke side went on to lose the match in added time thanks to a Clifford Mulenga strike.
Forest took the lead in the 23rd minute when Webster Muzaza beat Power keeper Jackson Kakunta to hand the visitors the advantage.
In the second half, Power responded with Reagan Mutonga levelling matters in the 84th minute when he headed in a cross from the right to make the score line 1 – 1.
However, Mulenga won it for Forest with the last kick of the game scoring from a direct free kick to ensure the Ndola side leave Kitwe with all the three points.
The win leaves Forest second with seven points.
Zanaco 0 – 2 Blades
At Sunset Stadium, there was an upset recorded win newly promoted side Konkola Blades beat former champions Zanaco 2 – 0.
The loss is a heavy blow for the Bankers who now have lost two game on the trot following their 2 – 0 loss to Buffaloes.
Owen Tembo and Christian Mpoyi scored the all important goals for Blades who were recovering from a 1 – 0 loss suffered against Nkwazi in mid – week.
Dynamos 1 – 0 Prison
Lusaka Dynamos recorded their first win of the season with a Marvin Jere strike against Prison Leopards in Lusaka.
The win will come as relief for coach Chris Kaunda who has drawn his last three matches.
Elsewhere, Nkwazi played to a scoreless draw against Green Eagles, the same result was recorded between Kansanshi Dynamos and Chambishi while Zesco United beat Indeni 2 – 0 in the Ndola derby.
