MultiChoice Zambia, Managing Director, Mrs. Leah Kooma paid a courtesy visit on Minister of Labour and Social Security Honourable Brenda Mwika Tambatamba at her office, where the two discussed various issues of mutual interest.
Mrs. Kooma and Honourable Tambatamba spoke on a wide range of items, including Covid-19 vaccinations, partnership, MultiChoice role in creating employment, MultiChoice Talent Factory (MTF) Initiative, youth development, health and labour related issues.
“For us, our employees are key. The ministry of labour is a right place for us to come, exchange ideas and share some of the work that we have been doing around the welfare of our employees,” remarked Mrs. Kooma, Managing Director, MultiChoice Zambia.
Speaking during the visit in Lusaka on 9th November, Honourable Tambatamba expressed thanks to Mrs. Kooma and MultiChoice Zambia team for visiting. “We take the relationship between employer and employee important because this will result in productivity and creation of jobs. MultiChoice Zambia is putting in measures to ensure that it is a choice employer, for us this is a good place to start,” said Honourable Tambatamba.
