Zambian cancer activist, model and philanthropist Sphiwe Benasho has announced that this year’s Pink Ribbon Walk will take place in Lusaka.
The walk which enters its fourth year, is targeted at creating cancer awareness.
It emphasises on the need to learn more about cancers, early detection, prevention and patient care.
The walk is a 5 kilometers and kicks off from Northmead ( Bonjour Car Park) at 7:00 hours.
Tentatively, the Guest of Honor is Minister of Health Sylvia Masebo while opposition leader
Highvie Hamududu will make a guest appearance.
” Participation fee is K300 adults, K250 kids. This gets you a T-Shirt, Cap, medal of honour, mask and refreshments.”
