Police have officially charged and arrested Raphael Mangani Nakachinda for Defamation of the President.
Police Deputy Public Relations Officer Danny Mwale said in a statement, that Mr. Nakachinda has been released on Police Bond and will appear in court on Tuesday December 21, 2021.
Yesterday, police recorded a warn and caution statement from Mr. Nakachinda aged 43 of farm number 1794 Kafue district.
This follows a statement allegedly by Mr. Nakachinda in which he claimed that President Hakainde Hichilema has been summoning judges in the night at his community house.
