POWER Dynamos’ 3-all draw against Zanaco was an exciting way to end what was generally a dull weekend in the Super Division after Week Nine games.

Those who were in attendance at Arthur Davies Stadium or watched from TV savored some classic goals scored from Luka Chamanga and Akcim Mumba for Power and Zanaco respectively.

Zanaco had their noses in front a minute from kick off when Moussa Souleymanou tapped in a pass from Moses Phiri pass to give the visitors an advantage.

The Bankers completed their first half with a two goal lead after Phiri scored their second in the 44th minute connecting a ball that was teed by Souleymanou.

In the second half, Power were redefined and managed to pull one back in the 63rd minute after Godfrey Ngwenya scored from the penalty spot.

Power completed the comeback in the 69th minute when Luka Chamanga lashed a shot from outside the box to level matters.

Zanaco restored their lead in the 83rd minute with Ackim Mumba shot from the edge of the box.

However, a lapse in concentration by Zanaco saw Power leveling matters from a Faustin Bakodila shot in added time.

Nkana managed a 1-0 win over Kafue Celtic with striker Ronald Kampamba scoring the lone goal. Nkwazi beat Lusaka Dynamos 3-0 while Zesco United were held to a 1-all draw against Konkola Blades.
