Following constant scandals, stunts and drama to get likes by a lot of social media users especially in Zambia, German-based Zambian singer Yvonne Mwale has released a new single to address the trend.
‘Famous’ is the title of the song released on Friday 14th January. This is her first single in 2022 and is a hint to what more to expect from the multitalented Yvonne.
Last year, she re-angled her music style by infusing modern sound to her authentic styles. This saw her collaborate with the likes of hip hop talent Slapdee as well as Mic Burner.
Her return with this single is not very different. She continues to explore new territories. ‘Famous’ is laid in a mid tempo raga dancehall style. She outlines all the seemingly silly things people are engaging in to just get famous on social media. This is a song available on various social media platforms and definitely making Yvonne get more famous.
