Veteran musician Moses Sakala of the Sakala Brothers fame is this Sunday scheduled to host a special Livestream Concert in honour of his late music partner and friend Levi Sakala.
This is the first-ever Livestream Concert dedicated to the legendary Zambian musician Levy Sakala who died on 17th June 2021 after an illness.
This premium concert takes place on Sunday starting at 19:00 hours.
According to the official promotional release this Livestream will be shared exclusively on Mingletainment.
The Sakala Brothers have been known as a pioneering pair of Zambian traditional music. The two started their trade from their secondary school days at Matero Boys in the early 90s. They became known for their social commentary and conscious music.
Amongst their famous anthems were songs like ‘ Sandra,’ ‘ Londole’ and ‘ Tolilo Volvo’ to name only a few.
