The Lusaka Playhouse is on Saturday, December 18th set to host a play entitled ‘ Confessions’. This is a must watch production written by former National Theatre and Arts Association of Zambia president Boyd Kaimbi Chibale and will feature veteran arts administrator Wesley Kaonga.
Other cast members include Boyd Kaimbi himself playing the role of Suyalu. Agness Manda plays Lizzie while Pamela Hojane plays Loiwe.
Synopsis:
“Sylvester Suyalu, a successful civil engineer impregnates his secret lover. He is determined to go through with everything and marry the girl, but will he? Suyalu’s trusted secretary is the mother to the pregnant girl. She has led a troubled life for over 30 years with skeletons in her closet. Only confessions will lead to inner peace.”
