THERE will be plenty of football action across the country this weekend with both domestic and continental matches on display.

The Super Division enters Week Two and last season’s top four teams may not be in action but is no reason to think there will be no interesting games.

Nkwazi are leading the pack after their opening win over record title holders Nkana and will on Saturday looking to stretch their hold on the summit with a win over Green Buffaloes at Edwin Imboela Stadium,

Buffaloes are going into that match at the back of a 1 – all draw against Lusaka Dynamos.

In Kitwe, there is a double header at Nkana Stadium with the first match being one that pits Buildcon against Prison Leopards before Forest Rangers play host to new boys Kafue Celtic at the same venue.

Forest have unveiled Bonwell Mwape as their new boy this season becoming their 10th signing of the season and it remains to be seen what he will bring to the fore.

Buildcon started the campaign well having beaten Green Eagles at Independence Stadium in Choma and coach Boyd Mulwanda will be looking to make it back to back wins.

Prison come into the game at the back of a 1 – all draw against Forest.

In the capital, Chris Kaunda is searching for his first win as Lusaka Dynamos coach but achieve that, he has to mastermind a win over ‘Sharp’ Konkola Blades who a buoyed by a 1 – 0 win over Power Dynamos in Week One.

Having survived relegation via a boardroom decision, Indeni will play their first game to and it takes them to Kalulushi district where they will play Chambishi.

Power Dynamos will not be in action on Saturday as their game against Green Eagles has been set for Sunday.
